General conditions for accommodation and stay in SPA Hotel Elbrus

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Elbrus Spa Hotel in relation to the services provided and the guests of the hotel.

1. Booking conditions

1.1. You can make a reservation at the Elbrus Spa Hotel in one of the following ways:

1.2.You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail or telephone. This will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children named on the booking and the amount due.

1.3. At the discretion of the Hotelier, an amount to be paid in advance prior to check-in in the amount of the cost of the first night of each occupied room on days not declared as package and holiday days is indicated as a required and guarantee deposit. Payment by you must be made within a maximum of three (3) days after confirmation of the booking by the hotelier(unless otherwise agreed). The balance of the booking amount is payable at the hotel.

1.4. In the case of package, group and holiday bookings, at the discretion of the Hotelier, an amount to be paid in advance prior to check-in of 100(one hundred) % of the booking amount may be specified as the required security deposit. Payment by you must be made within a maximum of 3(three) days after confirmation of the booking by the Hotel (unless another time limit is agreed).

1.5 Upon receipt of the advance payment, your booking is valid and deemed to be finally confirmed.

1.6. In the event of non-payment within the stipulated period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

1.7. When a client makes a reservation at the Elbrus Spa Hotel, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation conditions

2.1. Cancellation of a reservation made by you can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. Cancellation of a confirmed booking (not valid for package, group bookings and holiday offers) 3(three) days or more before the date of check-in will not incur a penalty.

2.3. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not valid for package, group and holiday bookings) less than 3(three) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, you owe a penalty of the amount of the first night of each booked room paid as a deposit.

2.4. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed package booking less than 10(ten) days prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your booking will not be refunded and the booking will be deemed cancelled.

2.5. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed group accommodation booking or holiday offer less than 20(twenty) days prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the amount prepaid on your booking will not be refunded and the booking will be deemed cancelled.

2.6. Spa Hotel Elbrus reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel. In these cases the hotel offers accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.

2.7. In case of early departure, no refunds will be given.

3. Accommodation conditions

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: after 15.00

Check-out: until 12.00

Late check-out is subject to a surcharge as follows:

  • 50 % of the room rate is payable for check-out before 18.00.
  • 100 % of the room stay will be charged if the room is vacated after 18.00.

3.2. In case of leaving the hotel earlier than the time stated in the reservation, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.

3.3. Reservations are kept until 24.00 on the day of arrival.

3.4. Children under 4 years stay free of charge.

3.5. Children from 4 to 12 years are accommodated at the rates ( for children) announced on the official website of the hotel.

3.6. Children over 12 years stay at adult rates and conditions.

3.7. Weekend accommodation is subject to a minimum stay of 2 (two) nights.

3.8. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

3.9. Guests may rent a bathrobe for a fee of BGN 2.00 per day.

3.10. Check-in to the hotel is done by providing the guests' identity documents. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the law on personal data protection and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will only be used in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purpose.

3.11. The Aqua Park at Spa Hotel Elbrus is reserved for the guests of Spa Hotel Elbrus and Hotel Aura. Outside visitors are admitted only upon availability and prior reservation by phone.

4. Payment methods

4.1. In cash on the day of check-in at the hotel

4.2 By debit or credit card on the day of check-in.

4.4 Payment by card via virtual POS:

Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard debit, credit and business card. Debit/credit card transactions are made through the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs through the E- commerce platform of DSK Bank.

In terms of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 5,000.

We do not store bank card details used for payment via the website.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1 Elbrus Spa Hotel undertakes to provide the hotel guests with the services they have requested and paid for.

5.2. Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the hotel guests are not refundable.

5.3. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid for separately.

5.4. Elbrus Spa Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. According to the provisions of the national legislation, smoking in public places is prohibited, therefore, in case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 100 ( one hundred) leva.

5.5 Guests of the hotel assume the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages to the hotel shall be paid by the persons causing them.

5.6. It is not allowed to bring in or take out food and drinks during breakfast, lunch or dinner.

6. Storage of valuables

Spa Hotel Elbrus provides a safe deposit box at the reception. Its use is charged as an additional service. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables or money left outside the safe , either in the rooms or in the common areas of the hotel.

7. Lost property

Elbrus Spa Hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. Found items are kept at the reception for 10 ( ten) calendar days. After this period, if the items are not claimed, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of the items or donate them to a charitable organization.
